Service Area
Serving the San Fernando Valley (Canoga Park, Woodland Hills, Encino, Sherman Oaks, Studio City, Northridge, Van Nuys), the Westside (Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Malibu, Brentwood, Pacific Palisades), and surrounding areas (Burbank, Glendale, Calabasas).
- Covers up to eight hours from yard departure to return, including travel.
- $302/hour final billing; five-hour minimum ($1,510) per service day. Excess service payments are refunded.
- Required $350 mobilization once per booking, plus a 10% refundable security deposit.

Billing & booking details
Five-Hour Minimum and Final Billing
The online payment is $2,416 per service day, covering up to eight hours, including travel. Final service billing is $302 per hour, subject to a five-hour minimum of $1,510 per service day.
Billable time runs from departure from the PRL Co. yard until return, including travel. After service, we adjust the charge to the actual time, with a five-hour minimum each day. Any excess service payment is refunded to your original payment method. Time over eight hours is billed separately at $302 per hour.
Booking Deadline and Service Dates
Complete your online booking before 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time on the day before your first service date. No same-day online bookings. Dates are subject to availability. For example, Tuesday service must be booked before 10:00 a.m. Monday.
The calendar shows a standard booking window of 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Billable time includes travel, so this does not mean eight hours on site. Every calendar day between your start and end dates is billed, including weekends. Contact PRL Co. before booking if you need weekdays only or separate service dates.
Required Information and Fees
