Four-Hour Minimum and Final Billing
Book your selected service date or continuous date range online at the full-day rate of $2,416 per day. A full day includes up to eight billable port-to-port hours. After service, PRL Co. will reconcile the rental charge at $302 per hour, subject to a 4-hour minimum of $1,208 per service day. Time beyond eight billable hours is charged at the same hourly rate.
Billable time begins when the equipment and operator leave the PRL Co. yard and ends when they return. If the adjusted rental charge is less than the amount collected, the difference will be refunded to the original payment method. Charges exceeding the prepaid full day will be invoiced separately.
The displayed service window is 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. Same-day requests remain available until 10:00 a.m. when the date is open. Under the calendar, provide the on-site contact and access details and accept the billing policy. At checkout, enter the full service address. A separate 10% refundable security deposit and the required $350 mobilization fee are shown during booking. Each range is continuous and billed for every calendar day from the start date through the end date, including any intervening Saturday or Sunday. For weekday-only or other nonconsecutive service dates, contact PRL Co. before booking. Bucket attachment prices are charged for every selected day. Other attachment or service requirements are confirmed after booking.
